Acceptable Use Policy

ViralityWand is a social-content design tool with user-reviewed, user-owned output. You decide what to create and what to publish, and you are responsible for it. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and sets out what you may not do with the service.

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to create, store, or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • depicts a real person’s likeness, face, or voice without that person’s explicit consent — including deepfakes, synthetic human-likeness, impersonation, or any content presented as a real person who did not authorize it;
  • is deceptive or fraudulent, including fake reviews, fake testimonials, misleading claims, impersonation of a brand or person, or disinformation;
  • infringes a third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination;
  • is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or is otherwise harmful or abusive;
  • contains malware, or facilitates spam, phishing, or other security or messaging abuse;
  • violates the terms or policies of any platform on which you publish it (for example, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn).

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service itself;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest the service or its content other than through provided features;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models;
  • bypass, disable, or circumvent token limits, rate limits, paywalls, or security controls;
  • share a single account across multiple businesses or users beyond your plan;
  • use the service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;
  • interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the service or its infrastructure.

Your responsibility

Because the service drafts content with AI assistance for you to review and edit, you are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with this policy and the law. We do not pre-screen or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or originality of content you create.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe this policy or our Terms have been breached, or where required by law or by Paddle. On termination for cause, any unusedsubscription AI tokens are forfeited; any unused one-time top-up balance may be refunded at our discretion, pro-rata, to the extent required by applicable consumer law.
