Privacy Policy

Who we are
ViralityWand is operated by ViralityWand, Derenik Demirchyan St. 31, Yerevan, Armenia, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions, email[email protected]. See ourContact page for full business details.
What We Collect
For web accounts, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic Google account information. For all users, we store your language preference, AI-token balance, and the carousels and content you create. When you buy a plan or top-up, our Merchant of Record, Paddle, collects your billing and contact details to process the payment; we receive limited transaction and subscription data from Paddle (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card) but never your full card number.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and bill the service: tracking your AI-token balance, managing your subscription, remembering your language preference, and delivering generated content in the web editor. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you (to provide and bill the service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service), and your consent where required.
Text You Send
Text you submit for generation is forwarded to our AI provider (OpenRouter) for processing. We do not use your content for training AI models.
Service providers we share data with
We use the following processors to operate the service. Each processes only the data needed for its function:
- Paddle.com Market Limited — payments, billing, tax, and refunds (Merchant of Record).
- OpenRouter — AI processing of the text you submit for generation.
- Google — optional sign-in (OAuth) for web accounts.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
- Umami — privacy-first, cookieless website analytics.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as reseller and handles billing, tax, and refunds. We do not handle, store, or have access to your full payment-card details. Paddle processes your payment and limited contact/billing data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy).
International transfers
We and our service providers may process your data in countries outside your own, including Armenia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
Data retention
We keep your account data and the carousels you create for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your account data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, billing and tax records) to comply with the law. As Merchant of Record, Paddle cannot delete your billing and transaction records even after account deletion; instead, we mark your Paddle customer record as archived. For fraud prevention, we also keep a one-way cryptographic hash of the email address used for our one-time new-account credit grant, so the same address cannot claim it again after account deletion; this hash cannot be reversed to recover your email.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email[email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Cookies
Our website analytics (Umami) are cookieless. However, Paddle’s checkout sets cookies to process your payment, and we use limited marketing/attribution parameters. See ourCookie Policy for details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
