This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used across ViralityWand. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Our own website analytics are cookieless, but our checkout provider and some app features do set cookies, so we set this out clearly here.

Analytics — cookieless

We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate, anonymous usage to help us improve the site.

Checkout (Paddle)

When you go to checkout, our Merchant of Record, Paddle, sets cookies that are necessary to process your payment, prevent fraud, and remember your session during the transaction. These are set by Paddle under its own privacy and cookie notices (paddle.com/legal/privacy). Without them, checkout will not work.

Marketing & attribution parameters

We forward marketing/attribution parameters (such as UTM parameters in the link you arrived from) so we can understand which campaigns bring people to ViralityWand. These are used in aggregate and are not used to build advertising profiles of you.

App session cookies

When you sign in to the ViralityWand web app, we use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in and to keep your account secure. These are essential to providing the service and are not used for advertising.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies (such as session or checkout cookies) may prevent parts of the service, including payment, from working.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
