Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles all payments, billing, refunds, and tax. You can manage your subscription, update your payment details, or request a refund at any time via Paddle at paddle.net, or by emailing us at[email protected].Paddle.com (or Paddle.NET) will appear on your card or bank statement.
What you are buying
ViralityWand is a subscription to a digital service. Your plan grants a monthly allowance of “AI tokens” (1 token = 1 AI carousel generation). Plans: Free (editor and preview access; no AI-token generations), $8/mo (100 tokens), and $20/mo (500 tokens). You may also buy one-time “extra tokens” top-ups. AI tokens are a limited, revocable licence to use the service — they are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable once used.
Immediate access — your consent and what it means
ViralityWand is digital content supplied immediately. When you subscribe or buy tokens, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, by starting now — before the end of the 14-day cancellation period — you lose your statutory right to cancel and obtain a refund once the service has begun and any AI tokens have been used. This is presented to you as a separate, explicit checkbox at checkout and confirmed in your order email. This does not remove any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
14-day satisfaction window (first purchase only)
As a goodwill courtesy, if you are unhappy with your first paid purchase — your first subscription payment or your first-ever token pack — you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase, provided you have not yet used any AI tokens (generated any carousels). Once you generate even one carousel, the digital service has been delivered and consumed, the immediate-access waiver above applies, and the purchase is non-refundable. This window does not apply to renewals or subsequent purchases.
All sales are otherwise final
Except for (a) the first-purchase window above, (b) your non-waivable rights under the law of your country of residence, and (c) any refund Paddle grants at its discretion, all sales are final. In particular:
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
- We do not give partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or credit for unused AI tokens, unused days, or partial billing periods.
- Unused subscription AI tokens do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.
- One-time top-up “extra tokens” persist until used and are non-refundable once any token from the purchase is used.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time, online, in a few clicks, via the “Manage subscription” link in your account or via Paddle at paddle.net — no phone call, no email required. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current paid billing period; you keep access and any remaining tokens for that period, and you are not billed again. We do not refund the current period on cancellation, and there is no proration for partial periods.
Auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. The renewal term and price are shown before you subscribe. You will receive a renewal/price-change reminder by email; you can cancel before any renewal to avoid the next charge.
Price changes
If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal. We (or Paddle) will notify you by email at least 7 days before the new price takes effect, with instructions to cancel if you do not agree.
Unused tokens on termination
If your account is terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, any unusedsubscription AI tokens are forfeited. Any unused one-time top-up balance may be refunded at our discretion, pro-rata, to the extent required by applicable consumer law.
Service problems
If the service is faulty, not delivered, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the law of your country — this policy does not limit those rights. Contact us first at [email protected] (we respond within 2 business days) or request a refund directly through Paddle.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, contact us or Paddle first — we resolve legitimate issues quickly. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us, or for a service you have used, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
